What we do

Game development and live service, under one roof

We are a small team, so we keep the whole chain close: design, art and code, the servers our games run on, the updates that follow launch, and the community and support work that keeps a game healthy.

  1. Game development

We take our games from idea to release with our own team. Design, art and engineering work side by side, so decisions are made quickly and nothing gets lost between departments.

    • Game and systems design, prototyping and playtests
    • 3D characters, environments, interface and visual effects
    • Client development in Unity, with ongoing performance and stability work
    • Localisation, so that players can play in their own language
  2. Online multiplayer & servers

Our games are built online-first. We write and run our own server software: the part players never see, but feel in every match.

    • Real-time game servers, matchmaking, rooms and lobbies
    • Player accounts, progress and inventories kept safely on our servers
    • Sign-in with Steam and friend invites
    • Monitoring, backups and security updates
  3. Live operations & updates

Launch day is a starting point. We keep our games moving with regular updates, and we look at player feedback and match data to decide what comes next.

    • Bug fixes, balance changes and quality-of-life improvements
    • New content, seasons and in-game events
    • Closed and open tests before larger releases
    • Clear patch notes for every update
  4. Community, moderation & safety

Social games only work when people feel safe playing them. We publish clear community rules and enforce them consistently, using tools built into the game itself.

    • In-game player reporting and chat filtering
    • Reports reviewed by our team, with graduated sanctions
    • A way to appeal every sanction
    • Community spaces, such as our Discord server, moderated by the team
  5. Player support

When something goes wrong, players should be able to reach a person. Our own team answers support requests, in Turkish and English.

    • Support requests and feedback from inside the game
    • E-mail support at iletisim@rabels.com.tr
    • Help with accounts, connection problems and bugs
    • Personal data requests under KVKK and the GDPR via yasal@rabels.com.tr

How a project moves

From prototype to live service

Every project goes through the same four stages. Players get involved early, and our work continues long after release.

  1. Prototype

We test the core idea early with a small playable build, and drop what doesn't work.

  2. Closed testing

A limited group of players tries the game. We fix, measure and adjust.

  3. Release

We launch on the platforms that fit the game, starting with PC and Steam.

  4. Live service

Updates, events, moderation and support continue for as long as people play.
